Booking Process & Rates

• Before booking your first session, take a look at each counsellor, consider their fields of expertise, and decide who would best fit you and your needs.
• Then, click their JaneApp link. Fill out the form on the JaneApp page. This must be completed before your appointment.
  • This includes payment information. Credit, debit, and cash are all accepted. Even if paying with debit or cash, a card must be on file for professional regulations.
• Once the form is filled out, you will be directed to a schedule. Pick a slot with your chosen therapist, including session type.
• You are now booked in! If you have opted into being reminded about your upcoming appointment, you will receive an automated text or email the day before your appointment.
