About Samantha
There Is Hope – You Are Not Alone.
My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families become healthier versions of themselves, interrupting harmful cycles that you may or may not have been aware of. These cycles may be complex, and breaking free of them on your own may be hard. Where would you even start?
Just like a trained guide, a trained therapist can help get you to where you want to be. Whether it’s past trauma, interpersonal conflict, communication struggles, managing stress and anxiety, or working through depression, I use evidence-based methods to design a health roadmap that fits you and your needs.
